On the 31st of March 2023, Rainbow Skull played a launch gig for their third album 'We Are Rainbow Skull'. Fuck all people turned up, the sound was bad, the stage felt cramped, and at least one member had an incredibly shit, unfun time.

3 months later Alex moved away from the area. The band almost split, but Geoff and Jon talked Alex into Rainbow Skull being a recording-only project.

As a result, this is the final ever Rainbow Skull gig. Why keep doing something when it's not fun any more?

There will be more recordings, but there will not be any more gigs. You had your chance and your colossal apathy ruined it for everyone! Just kidding, you're all great even if you didn't come to the gigs, or put Rainbow Skull on at your venues, or buy their music, you cunts.
